I felt stuck.

I was so frustrated feeling stuck and struggling to make the changes. It wasn’t how I thought life was going to be.
As I went from teaching school, to married, to new mom (of 3 in 3 years), to moving for my husband’s job, I took on a lot of new roles. All these new changes were good, exciting, and planned. Yet, in the process, my identity changed. I was so busy taking care of everyone else, I didn’t have time for me. I was overweight, out of shape, and at the bottom of my own “to-do” list. I felt like I lost myself (so cliche, I know). I felt overwhelmed, frustrated, and embarrassed about my weight. The confusing part was that I didn’t even know how to make the changes I wanted to make.
One day, I had a breakthrough and realized I am responsible my own choices. I decided if things were going to change, it is up to me to change them. . I knew I had work do and I got busy doing it. I hired coaches, got healthy and learned how the think and feel on a lighter level.
I learned how to create a life of empowerment, contentment, health, and light for myself.
I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Health Coach. As I worked to get the best results for my clients, I continued to work on myself.
Now I combine all this knowledge, experience, and certifications with my degree in Education, into a program I created called the Three Pillars of Light. It is a three part process that uses personal empowerment coaching to guide you to a Lighter Body and a Lighter Life.
